Overview

RaidersHub is an unofficial ARC Raiders companion app and website. We collect only the information needed to run maps, guides, optional community boards, newsletters, analytics, and ads.

Information you provide

Email addresses submitted to newsletter signup are used for updates and unsubscribe/administrative handling.
Community posts may include ARC usernames, platform/region, public contact handles you choose to publish, trade/squad details, and report text.
Do not post real names, phone numbers, addresses, private messages, or other sensitive personal information.

Automatically processed information

RaidersHub may process basic technical data such as IP-derived rate-limit keys, browser/app diagnostics, page interactions, and approximate analytics events so we can operate, protect, and improve the service.

Ads and analytics

The website may use Google AdSense and Google Tag Manager when configured. The iOS app uses native Google Mobile Ads / AdMob instead of browser AdSense inside the WebView, and requests non-personalized native banner ads by default.

Community moderation

Community posts are rate-limited, filtered for obvious unsafe content, expire automatically, and may be reviewed before publication. You can report or hide community posts in the app. Reports may temporarily hide content pending review.

Deletion and support

To request removal of a community post, newsletter email, or other data you submitted, email support@raidershub.app with enough detail to identify the content. See the support page.
